Massages for everyone

Are you suffering from aches and pains? Are you struggling with your posture? Whatever your muscle problem, whatever your age, Farnham Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic can help you.

Whether you work in an office at a desk all day, are a keen gardener or manual worker, or are training for a marathon, good remedial treatment will help you to be at your best both physically and mentally. Children can benefit too as they frequently suffer muscle strains when carrying very heavy school bags or as their bodies have not developed sufficient strength to cope with the demands of increased exercise.

Remedial massage

We seek to find the source of pain and to eliminate it through hands-on therapy to treat the damaged tissue.

Most soft tissue damage is caused by regular overuse or sudden trauma so an experienced soft tissue therapist can help you understand the nature of your problem. If appropriate they will offer advice, remedial exercise and support to put you back in control of your body.

Sports massage

At its best, sports massage can actually be a remedial massage for sports people.

A good soft tissue therapist will have an understanding of the functional movement required for your sport and treat you safely and effectively so you can reach your full potential.
